Order Cancellation Before Shipment

You may request to cancel your order free of charge before the order enters processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible and include your order number.

If fulfillment has not yet begun, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund using the original payment method.

Please note that cancellation may no longer be possible once:

  • An order has entered processing.

  • The order has been prepared for shipment.

  • The shipment has been handed over to the carrier.

  • A personalized or custom-made product has entered production.

  • Fulfillment activities have otherwise begun.

In such cases, your rights under applicable consumer protection laws will still apply where required.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you may be entitled to a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

The withdrawal period generally begins on the day the goods are received by you or an authorized recipient.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify DOGPVL of your decision through a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires.

Nothing in this Cancellation Policy limits or excludes any mandatory rights granted under German or European consumer protection legislation.

Cancellation Requirements

To qualify for order cancellation where applicable:

  • The order must not have been fully fulfilled or delivered.

  • The cancellation request must comply with applicable legal requirements.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

  • The request must be submitted before fulfillment or shipment where applicable.

DOGPVL reserves the right to verify eligibility before approving a cancellation request.

Refunds Following Cancellation

If a cancellation request is approved:

  • Refunds will be returned using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Most approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.

In certain situations, processing may be temporarily delayed until verification procedures have been completed.

Products Not Eligible for Cancellation

Where permitted by law, cancellation rights may not apply to:

  • Custom-manufactured items.

  • Products made according to customer specifications.

  • Orders that have already been shipped.

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Gift cards.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products

If you receive:

  • The wrong product

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • An incomplete order

  • A shipping or fulfillment error

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us investigate efficiently, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging where applicable

Following review, DOGPVL may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • A repair where appropriate

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

The resolution offered will depend on the circumstances of the case and applicable legal requirements.

Fraud Prevention

For security purposes, DOGPVL reserves the right to delay, reject, or cancel transactions where fraudulent activity, unauthorized payments, suspicious behavior, or violations of our Terms of Service are suspected.
